Drying and phytosanitary processing

Always concerned with providing our customers with quality and service, we have heating kilns which satisfy phytosanitary regulations, with a capacity of 5,000 pallets a day.During 2001, the FAO concluded that it was urgent to regulate the processing of wooden packaging.

The ISPM 15 standard took force in August 2003, and from January 2004 it will be applicable to exports from countries such as the USA, Canada and Mexico. The purpose of these processes (heating and fumigation) is to kill the parasites which could attack forests in the importing countries.

Phytosanitary marking and processing must comply with these requirements, and failure to adhere to them will lead to consignments being rejected.

Our equipment and our knowledge of the regulations enable us to satisfy all your requirements and to ensure that your exports take place without problems.
